Cantarito
White tequila, fresh citrus, and sal de gusano in barro de Tonalá.

The strength, the flavor, and the elegance of Mexico — served in barro de Tonalá, around a bar built for conversation.
SINCE 2021La patrona is not a title — it's a posture. The mother who seasons by instinct, the abuela who grinds without a clock, the woman who serves the table with her head held high.
At Patrona we cook the way they cooked: with time, with presence, and with pride. Every salsa ground fresh that day, every caldo coaxed slowly, every tortilla pressed on the comal before it reaches your table.
The bar sits at the center because that's how Mexico is lived — around the tequila, the cervezas, and the long pláticas no one wants to end.
The signature drinkThe Cantarito is Jalisco in a glass. White 100% agave tequila, fresh-squeezed orange, grapefruit, and lime, sal de gusano on the rim, and a fistful of ice. We serve it in a barro de Tonalá clay pot because the clay softens the citrus and keeps the drink cold through the last sip.
